awesome jack, doesn't come the right color

Fantastic jack, great range, low height. It never seems to come the right color though, I wanted black and got green and my friend wanted green and got black so we switched but would be annoying either way.

Nice low profile hydraulic floor jack

I just received this jack. I have not used it to jack up a car. However, these are my initial impressions: this jack is not packaged for individual delivery. It is a full sized, heavy floor jack. The low profile is great. There are important first time instructions on top to follow to get the pump properly primed. There are good instructions. The pictures show the packaging deficits. The jack itself did not seem damaged but the handle had some deficits on the foam and scuffs. I figured that cosmetics were going to get damaged in my garage anyway. Pump works as it should and is very smooth and easy to use. I dislike the hex screw instead of a hand tightening screw to insert the handle and tighten for ease of removal. Overall, I believe that this will be a great addition to my garage tools.

Great low profile jack on a budget

I bought this back in April of 2015(6 years ago). I work on several cars that have lower ground clearance and I needed something that was stable and not overly expensive to reach jack points further under the vehicle. Been using this about once a month or so(so not super frequent), but it has held up and never failed or faltered. Most of my cars are around 3000 lbs, give or take a couple hundred. It's a heavy unit, but the wheels roll pretty well. If you have soft concrete or asphalt, it may leave marks, so if you're worried about that, be sure to put some protectant layering on your floors to be safe(which is just good advice anyway if you're worried about damaging the floors in a garage/workshop). I think several other reviewers have noted this, but I purchased a hockey puck to sit between the jack and the contact point on my cars to reduce any damage/scratching on my cars, and it was well worth the money to make this jack even better. The jack handle has 2 sections(divided in half) with a spring pin that should connect them. The only "problem" I have had with this jack is that this spring pin between the upper and lower jack handle never quite engaged from the beginning, so I have to drag it around by the lower half of the handle, or else the upper handle will just pull out. Doesn't bother me in the slightest, but worth noting. Personally I think this "flaw" is actually more beneficial for me, as I often use that portion of pipe as an extension bar for my wrenches when needed("breaker bar"). I'm sure if you get one with this problem the manufacturer would make it right, I just never cared to reach out and ask, since I liked it being easier to remove. It doesn't just fall out on it's own, it still requires just a little elbow grease to remove it, but it is easy enough to separate when I need it. That said, I suspect most people don't have any issues with the catch on that bar, since I don't recall seeing anyone else complain about it back when I bought it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is a hobbyist that enjoys working on their own cars. I love how far it can reach under even our lowest cars. I can't vouch for how well this would hold up to daily use in say an autoshop/business compared to a high name brand, but I have loved it and if/when it finally gives up the ghost I won't hesitate to buy this again!

Well it came in almost one piece...it's good so far

The jack worked except for this comical failure. I went to put grease into the pivot point and the grease nipple broke off. See the picture. I've never had this happen. Stainless steel might work better. Overall the jack is seems good so far.

Does the job nicely

I received this jack last week. While the cardboard box in which the manufacturer packs it was pretty beat up with a couple of rips/holes and the styrofoam inside the box was broken and messy- undoubtedly because it is heavy and was tossed around by UPS, the jack itself was fine. I used it to lift my 3901lb Volvo S-60 for swapping out wheels for snow tires, which it handled very quickly and easily. It has a nice large round contact point which made it easy to confidently place under the car. The jack feels well built and strong. It was very stable on my concrete garage floor. I felt safe using it. Definitely beats using a screw or bottle jack.

Heavy duty and gets low.

Great heavy duty jack that I completely trust for my modestly lowered tesla model 3. It would be 5 stars if there was a way to pick the color.

Best Jack Ever

I was considering a garage lift/portable car lifts that raise a car to at least 22"s. This jack accomplished what I was looking for and saved me a $1000. This does lift a car as high as advertised while easily rolling under my lowered 370z.
