Better than the $200 floats I bought the past two years! Seriously the best float I have ever had.

CLARIFICATION: I see that all the reviews for all the styles of floats sold on this page are grouped together. This review is only for the Aqua 18-Pocket Inflatable Contour Lounge. This is the model I purchased. For the past several years I have bought an expensive foam float. I have to get one every year, they just don't last past one season. This year I decided to try something different and I am so happy! This float has a fabric top that is very soft to the touch and shed water great. The float is made from heavy plastic. It did not smell bad when I opened it, just like plastic and that went away in just a couple hours. The main part of the float and the pillow inflate separately. It probably took me 5 minutes to inflate but I am almost 60 lol. I just took my time and was able to do it ok. I found the float is most comfortable for me with the body inflated about 70% of full and the pillow about 40% of full. I weigh 200 pounds and it holds me up just fine with this much inflation. I am comfortable laying on my back and on my stomach both! This was not the case with the foam floats I had before. In fact, this float has hollows that allow my feet to be very comfortable when laying on my stomach. It is easy to pull out of the water and store, quite light and the water sheds off quickly. I suggest this float for adults. With the holes it might be possible for a child to have an arm or leg to go through a hole in such a way they might not be able to right themselves. I have only had it 2 weeks so I cannot say with certainly how long it will last. With tax and all this was about $30. I could buy 6 of these and still be paying less than I paid for the foam float I bought last year. If this lasts the season I will be way ahead! Even if I have to buy a couple more I will come out better.

It's great! Soft top which makes it easy on/off. Holds air, and long enough for tall people

Thin

Even when fully inflated, this is very thin. Expect to sink pretty far into the water when using. No real support for your head and neck when laying down. I found it to be best to lay across it rather than parallel to it.

So far love it!

Keeps head comfortably out of water while the vents allow water to wash under/along body and cool. Easy to inflate. Comfortable surface which doesn’t stick to skin. Durability is unknown at this point.

Best lake raft!

I would definitely recommend using a pump to inflate unless your kids or spouse are really windy. Soft surface that doesn't hold heat. The holes are great for letting cool water touch you. I deflated the pillow to half or less to make it more comfortable when laying on my stomach. Used it all week at the lake and it still looks like new.
