I really like this dress. It's comfortable and flattering. I listened to the reviews and I sized up to a large even though I typically wear a medium and I feel like it's loose on top. I went ahead and ordered a medium to try it also, since there are free returns I can return the size that doesn't work. I do see that the pattern on the skirt part doesn't lineup perfectly with the top of the dress, but it doesn't really bother me. I think it would be super cute with sandals and a Jean jacket in the fall or just as it is. What a great price for $12-$14 ! For reference I am 5 ft 4" and a size 8 and a 36 C on top. I got the medium and it is perfect, and the design lines up better. I would say this is completely true to size. Sizing up was a mistake for me! Really cute and comfy. Now with the right size I won't worry about it sliding down on top. Maybe if you are big chested it would necessitate sizing up. :0) Good luck! I can't wait to wear this! The second picture in the hat is the medium one.

Cute, comfortable dress
This is perfect for just throwing on by itself, over a swimsuit, or as an ankle-length skirt (I'm 5'5"). The material is smooth and comfortable. The smocking is a little bit snug (I'm a 40B), but at least it holds everything in place.
