Mostly a very good garment

The flexible waistband is wonderful. It makes the pants super comfortable. I like the fabric really well too. The pants look good and feel good. The only improvements that can be made are that the front pockets are not as deep as I would like and the only thing holding the front closed is one button. I usually put a lot of stuff in my front pockets, including my wallet and I like the pockets to be a bit deeper. The one button holding the front together seems like it can pop off at any time. I would like to see both a button and a hook fastener in the front. The button has not popped off yet, but I only wore the pants one time. If the pockets were deeper and if the front had a double system of closure, then this would be a five-star item. Those things aside, I will buy them again.

Packaging was terrible

Pants seem to be quality, however, these pants were stuffed in a very small box and shipped…..wrinkled beyond belief….

Pockets are not too small......

One review says pockets small. I wear mine as a turn tech and fit 2 gfi cover plates,car keys, bits, screws, trash, a rag, my granola bar, all in my front two pockets..... Sooo...... Wtf dude? I can fully open my hand in these. Another review says they come long............ ???????????? They should come long, you hem them. That's a courtesy, but for you simpletons, scratching your eyeballs with rusty forks, you have to have everything done for you. Babys. Maybe they fixed these issues, because I find these to be some of the nicest khakis I've owned in 19 years.

At a time when it seems impossible to buy a pair of brown trousers these filled the bill.

At this time you can buy brown, khaki or tan chinos but it is exceptionally difficult to find brown trousers. I can honestly say I have never received any item of clothing as creased as these when they arrived. Some work with an iron was immediately necessary. However, the waist and leg length were perfect and they are cut suitably for my age group. Just right for the older man.They are summer weight trousers as expected and although I have not worn them yet, from my "screwing up test", they look to be resilient to creasing with normal wear. I am pleased with this purchase.

Good quality and pricing.

I bought these for summer wear and hoped the material would be relatively lightweight. I’m pleased to say the material is soft and light so ideal for a warm day. These come in a range of colours. The waist size is just right. These are also slightly expandable. I like the pleats as they make the trousers look more styled. The leg length is as ordered. The overall finishing of the trousers is very good. Pricing is very good indeed making another purchase an option.

Light-weight Smart Trousers

Bought these trousers for my13yr old son, but when they arrived they were slightly too big at the waist as they have elasticated bits on each side just above the pockets. I returned them for the next size down and they fit him great, length is true to size. Very smart, light material and he says they are comfortable to wear. His cheap ones from one of the big supermarkets were very difficult to get the right waist and length. Also the pockets don't gape like the cheap supermarket ones, and the lining in the pockets is the same colour as the trousers, very pleased with these.

Very comfortable

Loose fit, elasticated waist, very comfortable, good pockets. I like them and at the sale price they are a bargain. They’re not bad at the normal price. I’ll buy them again.

Value for money

I ordered 3 pair of Amazon Essentials trousers. These were the most expensive of the 3, and the best both in fit and materials. You definitely get what you pay for. The other 2 pair were half the price and you could tell.
