I bought one in almost every color, so far.

I started out with these as a try before you buy. The first pair I got was the black color and they were a perfect fit. They were not too tight, and was more comfortable than I had expected. So, I then bought 6 more pairs in different colors. I got them all the same day and tried them on back to back and I noticed that each color fit slightly different. Some felt tighter than the black ones, but still fit as expected. I'm hoping after washing and wearing they will stretch a little. The only thing I do not like about these shorts is the buttons seem a little weak in the sewing. The black pair Ive only worn 3x and the button is hanging down. I'm expecting it to pop off soon and to have to sew the button back on. It's not a big deal for me, but may be for others. Also, I did have to return the white pair for being too see thru for my liking.

runs small

These are nice shorts in a heavy fabric. However, they run small. I've gained a few pounds over the winter and last years shorts are snug. So I ordered these ...1 size up and they fit like the smaller size I already have. Unfortunately I will be returning them.

Size up!

For reference: I am 5'11 and around 185 lbs. I wear a size 32 extra long at Abercrombie, and their 32 curvy is almost too big on me. A 12 is form fitting and a 14 is loose on me at Old Navy. I wear L/XL tops almost everywhere. I needed the 16 in these, and I had to double check that I didn't order the curvy option because they fit like a curvy would anywhere else. Definitely size up, and go with the classic fit unless you are very pear shaped.

Run small

I think these run a bit small. I’m 5’3”, 140 lbs. I love the 5” inseam but the straight fit was small. Tight in the hips. Construction of shorts is good and you can’t see through the white fabric.

Seems skimpier than before, same size didn’t fit

I’ve worn an 8 in this short before, have it and it still fits great. Ordered same side this year and they are too tight, and the material seems skimpy. Maybe changed manufacturers? Had to return them.

Good quality

I purchased 8 in classic and I weight 132 and 5-3. The fit is great. I got the blue and white. They have some stretch. Good quality and the size is what I usually buy. I like the feel. I am smaller in hips and legs so the classic fits perfect. I would like to buy more colors.

Runs Small

I ordered my regular size and they were not even close to fitting. Ordered the next size up and they fit like my size usually does.

Wrinkle

They need to be steamed or ironed. They wrinkle and the hems crease. Otherwise, I love them and own several pairs.

Haven't had the right size sent yet

Haven't had time to return the second pair of incorrect shorts. They were lovely material and looked nice but twice ordered 14 and twice got size 10. I've been so busy I've completely forgot to return them.

Great shorts but wrong size sent twice

These shorts are lovely, and very well made. However, I ordered a UK size 8 and was sent a size 4 (US size 0). Twice! I've now given up. The Amazon customer service person I spoke to was very nice and sorted out a refund but I haven't managed to get the item I wanted.
