Very sturdy, substantial pot.

I had no dislikes. Made a big pot of chicken soup in the 12 quart. Plenty of room for a large chicken. Nice handles and lid. Heavy duty pot, even for home use. not too tall either. Little tiny vent in lid too which helps vent. Don't buy any store stock pot. I looked for quite awhile since I downsized from using my Mother's old, old 20 plus stock pot. Arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend.

Nice heavy pot

I got this as an amazon "like new" warehouse deal. The lid had some small bends in the lip, which came out with some light tap tap tap. Smelled a lot like cigarette smoke also, so it got a good wash and scrub down. It's a fairly heavy pot. Nice heavy bottom. I drilled a hole in the side, put in an NPT fitting and ball valve, then surround the entire thing in insulation, and converted it to a mash-tun. For that purpose, it works quite well, except this being wider than tall is not as efficient as a taller narrower tun. For cooking, it has a very gentle sloping curve along the bottom perimeter. That's nice for cooking but was a little annoying for an MLT. I might switch to my taller 15gallon which has a much sharper transition between floor and wall. The lid is nice and heavy, but it doesn't fit that well. Oddly my 12 gallon pot lid fits this like a glove. I don't really care about that. There is nothing magical about the layered bottom of this pot. I see a number of reviews getting scorching on the bottom. If you dump things which can scorch, like liquid malt, into a giant container on a burner, it will burn. Heavy bottoms distribute heat, they don't prevent burning.

Terrific pot for the money!

I bought this pot for home-brewing beer and needed one to hold 5 gallons. I needed it to be well-constructed with good heat distribution that could stand up to a powerful propane burner. This pot checks all those boxes. And considering that brew kettles of similar construction from brewing suppliers -- sure, with maybe a feature or two like an installed spout or thermometer -- cost more than twice what this one cost. You should know that I gave this four stars on "ease of cleaning" only because this is a BIG pot. Fortunately, I have a big sink and a faucet that is really closer to a commercial hose, so I can get water in there easily. Still, it's not easy to move this pot around or even pour out soapy water. It's heavy. It's bulky. But you should know that if you're considering one that holds 32 quarts.

It is good for cooking

The product is great only think which I want to bring in your attention, although I am keeping the product, it was dented at the bottom side walls... I ignore it but just to let you know that how come very hard stuff got dented which is towards the thickest place of the product... rest everything is good. price is right and product is easy to clean and very good material.

What a GREAT value!

I purchased the 40 qt pot to use as a brew in the bag vessel for my homebrew. This pot is perfect. On sale for $66, the value could not be beaten! Both the pot and the lid are sturdy. The bottom heated evenly and I got a nice, fast, even boil. There was no scorching and the pot cleaned up in minutes. I am completely satisfied with this product and would not hesitate to order again.

Great value. Good quality.

This a well-constructed pan for the price. I needed something to do large family seafood boils and didn’t want to break the bank since we only do so a few times a year. The quality of this pan is excellent for the price, and it’s huge!!

Great pot. Very tested

used this to cook homemade tomato sauce that we made and this pot was great. Sturdy, large, and even after being in a burner for well over 12 hours, it held up extremely well. It’s large and is fairly easy to clean (outside with a hose haha). It was def a great purchase and I look forward to cooking a turkey in it as well as a good seafood boil

Good quality - Perfect Size

I wanted a stock pot that would last, be easy to use and easy to clean, and this one fit the bill. There is only two of us, so I didn't want anything too big, but I did want something that allowed me to make enough soup so that I could make enough to freeze for easy week-night meals. This fit the bill to a tea.

7.6L stock pot perfect size for family/batch cooking

Review of 7.6L stock pot. See photos for size. This is plenty big enough for batch cooking for a family of 5. There was me going to get the bigger one. Glad I didn’t. Great quality stock pot. Love the generous size of the handles. There is a small hole in lid for some steam to escape. Not much else to say.

Large stock pot

This is exactly what it says it is. Over 30cm deep with a good fitting lid. The pan works fine on induction and the base heats evenly very quickly. After pouring oil in the base has been leveled correctly with the oil evening spreading Throughly recommend

Amazing! I'm very happy with this pot. it's taller rather than wider which means I can still use the other hobs, and the heath spreads evenly. It came well packed. no issues.
