Decent

Con: The handle kept retracting as if the button was pushed while I was walking to my terminal. Solution was to simply pull up and get it to click in place again. It happened approximately every few minutes of walking. Very Anoying. Pro: The wheels are exceptionally smooth and glide well over every floor transition. The material overall feels very sturdy and the zipper glided well closing my overstuffed bag. It has a TSA lock built in. My bag was damp when receiving it from baggage claim and the inside was dry. Honestly, not a bad at all for the price.

Perfect piece of luggage

The seller declared the luggage "used", but it is in perfect condition. I had wanted a spinner piece of luggage for a long time so I was delighted with this piece. I haven't traveled with it yet and worry it may not fit under a seat on a flight. I prefer to be able to handle my own luggage and not rely on others to lift it to the overhead bins. I am 91 years old so not as strong as before.

Size

The size is great for one or 2 nights. I wanted a larger carry on. This was 20” and I ordered a new one that is soft side and larger and more compartments.

Meets Lufthansa’s carry-on size limit

I do not like to check a bag so I purchased and returned a few searching for one that would hold 11 days worth of clothes and still meet Lufthansa’s size limit. This one is under the limit and met most of my wants. The only thing missing is the mesh pocket to put a beverage. The expanding handle isn’t the smoothest, but works. Spinner wheels work smoothly. I’m 5’ and this is light enough for me to lift overhead . Love the blue. All in all, it feels like a sturdy bag.

Tipping to the front

If you pack some heavy items in the front compartment then there’s a high chance the suitcase might tip and fall off.

Extremely brokenhearted, need to return

I bought this 21" carryon as the dimensions listed in the Q&A suggested this would fit into Air Canada's 21.5" x 14.5" x 9" carry-on specifications. When I received it, I immediately loved it - the dual wheels, the sleek look, the TSA locks, the inside compartments & pockets - but it seemed a bit tall. I measured and the bag (wheels included) was 23" TALL! Without the wheels it's about 20" so I'm not sure why this bag is labelled "21 inches". Air Canada tends to ask travellers to put their bags in the basket when checking in so I'd rather not risk taking this bag when it is clearly too big. The full dimensions are as follows: 23" H x 15" W x 9" D (without expanding). Hopefully this is helpful for anyone else looking to buy and fly with Air Canada - I sadly will be returning as the smaller 18" size is not in stock at the moment.

Great value

Who would have thought an amazon basics case would be as good as the other leading brands. I've only used it a few weeks but hoping it lasts. Definitely feels sturdy enough, even with a bag added to the top. Genuinely not far off samsonite levels of quality. Also pretty cool not being a brand snob for a change

Best Suitcase Ever!

These are the best suitcases we have ever purchased. They are hard wearing and a great size. Fantastic price too! I didn’t even realise they come with a little zip away washing bag. When I saw it I was well happy. Amazing! We love them so much.

Lovely case and lovely features, pity no longer available

Loved the features on this case and also the expandable part with all the different compartments including the plastic pocket section. Wanted to get another one in a different colour but non available, Amazon bring back this case.
