Good product.

Installation was easy to use. Came with installation instructions and template to make sure you drill the holes in the right spot. Bought 2 for my two bathroom remodels and the product added a nice finishing touch. The hardware was good and sturdy.

Chrome not so good

I bought the oil rubbed bronze set and loved that! But then I got a chrome set and the hand towel bar was super bent and the quality was completely different! Not a fan of the chrome set.

Very nice set, well made, matches our light fixtures nicely. Great value compared to stores.

This was a difficult color to buy local, it is almost a black but with a hint of brownish red to it. It matched our other fixtures quite nicely. Although we didn't need this many pieces, it was still a better deal to buy this large set than to get even 2-3 pieces locally (if they were available in this color). Well made, shipped fairly fast, packaged well. Long box so it doesn't fit in mailbox, had to pick up parcel at post office which is ok.

Decent quality for the price - very happy with my purchase

Don't expect luxury at this price but it's pretty good quality nonetheless. Unlike one other reviewer, I found that the toilet paper holder was much too big for my paper - guess it depends on what size rolls you buy. I'd recommend ignoring the supplied template and using your own rolls to determine the best dimensions for you. Also, you need to hold the brackets firmly in place while you tighten the grub screws, otherwise they can slip out of alignment. They don't seem to move once screwed firmly in place.

Classy looking set, that works.

Excellent set. My bathroom was converted to a wet room. So needed this set. The coat hook included was attached to the side of the shower to hold the backwash mop and body mops, as I had hooks on the door. All look great.

There is nothing basic about this set , it's beautiful and really well made and looks great in my new bathroom
