Super cute...but be careful!!
I read other Amazon reviews before I bought these lights. It is definitely true that the lightbulbs are flimsy, but not HORRIBLY flimsy so long as you are mindful while handing them up. The only reason I had a lightbulb break is because after hanging them, the command strip I used to secure them was not attached properly (totally MY fault). I was super grateful to see that there was an extra light bulb in the box to make up for the bulb the broke when the lights fell. I honestly would NOT recommend you put these in an area that is subject to inclement weather. I used them in my free standing art studio because I had no other built-in light source. For easier usage, I used a wireless remote control outlet. You plug the light into the source and use the remote to turn the lights on and off. I attached my remote just inside the door for easiest access. I am SUPER happy with my purchase, even though I wish the bulb glass was a little bit more durable.

Just What we Wanted
These turned out just as we'd wanted. The white cords are perfect with our white pergola so that they blend in better. They have a more classy look than regular "Christmas" style lights, which is what we'd wanted. We've only been using them about a month, but it is a wet winter where we're at and so far they've held up great and provide a great amount of light for our patio so that we can enjoy the outdoors a bit even in this inclement weather. Nice ambiance. I personally like a good amount of light. My brother thinks they're too bright, but my mother and I both disagree. If you're looking for a lower "mood lighting" they might be a bit bright (they're much brighter than candle light), but I think they give off a nice ambiance (they're still a softer yellow light rather than bright white) while still providing enough light for those of us that are aging a bit and may like a little more light to read or play games by.

Best lights ever!
Ok I originally wrote a review just about how they all come in working condition and look very nice in my living room. But now I’m updating my review because I like them even more! I came home from work one day and discovered that the sticky hook holding them up near the ceiling had given away, so the lights had fallen from the ceiling (about 8.5 feet up!) and had swung into the stone fireplace below. I was dismayed because I assumed there would be broken glass everywhere. BUT there was none, the lights were all intact and they all still worked too. So I rehung them, but now a week later they came unstuck again, smashed into the fireplace again, and they’re still all intact :) Time to find a new place to hang them. But they’re awesome lights and I would 100% recommend them!

So much joy, so little cash
I bought these with the intention of giving a little boost to my patio space, which normally only gets used in the evenings (I live in Houston, where we start wearing parkas when the temperatures drop into the high 50s.) They were dead easy to (cause to be) hung up, and make my patio looks delightful.

I bought these for my bedroom. I love the look of them but be aware when hanging them, these aren't Christmas lights! If they hit the floor, they break very easily and the glass just shatters everywhere. I hung these weeks ago and still find glass today. The upside is 4 watt 12e base are very easy to find for replacement bulbs.

Look great, very fussy
The strand is very long and has many lights, unlike lots of other versions, but the bulbs are very fragile. I have also had the strand blow the fuses in the plug several times, even if it is the only item on the circuit.

Lovely addition to our backyard
This 50' string of lights is the perfect addition to our deck. We strung them in a triangular pattern in one corner where we have a fire-pit and they finish it off really nicely. Good quality and price. Comes with 1 spare bulb but I believe we will be able to find replacements at general hardware store when needed. Very happy with purchase.

Just ok
We loved these, BUT after one night use, 3 bulbs just stopped working and 2 bulbs broke(they were dropped on a deck from below waist. If you put them up and leave them up they would probably work well/not break but if your taking and moving again I wouldn’t recommend as the lights are VERY THIN and break easily.
