Great looking and comfortable chair; supply your own padding for back
Chair was easy to assemble and looks great, no damaged or missing parts. Nice upgrade from the 20-year old cheap seat I was using. It feels comfortable and sturdy, I'm 6'4'' and 230-lbs. and it supports me just fine, no problem with it sinking and is easy to adjust the height and lean back feature. I'm confused by Amazon's choice however to stuff all the parts into the back of the chair rather than fill it with padding like the seat cushion. I could care less how small a box it arrives in and would much rather have had a larger box delivered so the back rest was padded as well. Strange decision on Amazon's part. There is a tiny bit of foam padding around the edges but the back is hollow, no lumbar support at all. The zipper compartment allows you to add your own padding, which I found a 18-inch square, 2-inch thick memory foam at Walmart's craft dept. that fit's perfectly, but there's still a lot of empty space in the lower back area so I got a small travel pillow and crammed behind the foam and that fills it nicely and is much more comfortable to sit and lean back in. Just be careful... once I assemble the chair the arms were so tight against the zipper that I couldn't open it. I had to loosen the screws to be able to unzip the back section and stuff the padding inside then retighten the screws. But now I'm happy with it and still feels like a good buy for a premium look and feel office chair, makes working from home much more pleasant and it rolls good on my carpet. My suggestion to Amazon: the seat cushion is nicely padded and comfortable, do the same with the back cushion and ship it in a larger box. Then it would be highly recommended.

Lacking some lumbar support, but great otherwise
This chair is fantastic! I have spent many hours studying in it every day since I got it about eight months ago, and it is very comfortable. The cream color is beautiful! The faux leather is soft and in perfect condition, it is quite sturdy, and it doesn’t make noise when I adjust my position. The one additional feature I wish it had is better lumbar support. There really isn’t much in the way of lower back cushion in this chair. I tried a tip some reviewers recommended, which was to unzip the chair’s back and add a pillow to the empty space inside, but I didn’t find that it added any support, and the bulges of the pillow were visible from the back of the chair. I took them out and have been using the chair without them since. It’s certainly a good chair and is mostly very comfortable, but I think some extra back support could help at that fifth or sixth hour of studying!

Lovin' It!
So I decided it was time for a new home office chair and after much comparison shopping, I decided on this one. So far, I'm very glad I did! It took a bit of work for my husband to get it put together, especially the arms as two of the screws didn't want to go in, but he finally got them in. The chair this one replaced was bought several years ago because it was "cute" but not made for comfort at all and I was starting to have back issues. As soon as I sat in this one, I felt quite a difference!! So I'm very happy!! Yes, folks, it's not real leather, but you are not spending over a hundred dollars either and do you really need real leather anyway that you have to worry about scratching or tearing? So for a budget minded home office chair that's comfortable - it's well worth the price. I highly recommend!

I love this chair <3
I had bought a significantly cheaper chair off of amazon a while back, and it was awful with no back support or anything. So, it was time for a new one. I decided to splurge a bit on this chair, and it was completely worth it. I did a lot of browsing on tons of websites and I settled on this chair as being the nicest option for the best price. I have chronic pain, scoliosis, and piriformes syndrome, so trust me I am pretty picky when it comes to chairs. I saw some reviews stating that the back support isn’t good enough, but it was for me. The back of the chair is hollowed out but has nice padding in the front which does the job. If you need extra support, the back opens up and you could put some pillows in there if it’s needed. The (faux?) leather is nice too, it’s soft and squishy in the right type of way. The seat adjustment is nice, and I haven’t had any problems with it. When the chair arrives, most of the parts will be zipped into the back of the chair in what I think I remember to be a cardboard pouch. The assembly was pretty easy and only took me around 15-20 minutes. The one problem I have is that if you wheel the chair through a doorway, the black plastic from the armrests will rub off if it hits the door or a wall and leave a mark. The chair won’t get damaged but my door is all scuffed now. This is user error though so if you’re careful this probably won’t be an issue. Overall, I highly recommend this chair!

Love this chair
When the hydraulics broke on my old home office desk chair, I looked everywhere for a chair that would be comfortable, but wouldn't break the bank. I was shocked at the prices I was seeing, so I hit Amazon and started searching. When I found this chair, and saw the price, I thought it had to be too good to be true, but I took a chance and bought it. It arrived earlier this week. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble it. I have to admit, it's very comfortable! I would highly recommend this chair.

Better than expected!
The package arrived a day later than I expected, but it was not the end of the world. All of the parts to assemble the chair are zipped up in the back of the chair (which is hollow). The back of the chair had a metal wire frame, some padding and a little bit of cheap wood pieces to keep its strength and structure. The chair seat is fully padded and very comfortable. Assembly took about 30 minutes (with the help of my 5 year old) so your assembly time may vary from mine. The instructions included pictures and were easy to follow. All of the parts fit together nicely. The chair is very beautiful and I love the leather. It spins smoothly (my 5 year old made sure). The adjustment level for height works well. For the price point, this chair is actually better than I expected.

Bueno si lo encuentran con descuento
Es una silla bonita, un poco difícil de armar solo en mi opinión, con una persona más que ayude a mantener el respaldo fijo al momento de montar los descansa brazos es lo ideal. El único detalle que si se me hace muy malo y concuerdo con los demás usuarios es que las demás partes de la silla vienen dentro del respaldo, eso hace que en respaldo de la silla NO este acolchonado como menciona la descripción por lo que tendrán que rellenarlo con algún material suave. Repito las piezas vienen dentro del respaldo, lo rectifico porque algunas personas creen que el paquete viene incompleto. Por este detalle que sacrifica comodidad es por lo que considero NO vale la pena al precio que lo anuncian, si lo encuentran con descuento o promoción si lo recomiendo.

Muy buena silla, pequeña rotura
The media could not be loaded. Llegó con una pequeña rotura en el respaldo, por suerte en una zona no visible, tenía parches de vinipiel del mismo color por lo que la pude reparar de lo contrario si la hubiera regresado. Por lo demás todo muy bien, bastante cómoda y fácil de armar. Al principió pensé que estaba incompleta, pero las ruedas, los descansa brazos, la estrella y la tornillería están dentro del respaldo; no había visto los LETREROS ENORMES que así lo indican.

No se dejen engañar
La peor silla que he tenido en mi vida, el primer mes parecía buena, pero poco a poco empezaron los dolores infernales de espalda, luego dejó de servir la perilla giratoria para el respaldo, y pues intenté devolverla, pero el tubo central estaba trabado y no lo pude sacar, por lo tanto no pude devolverla. NO COMPREN ESTO, yo me dejé llevar por la review, pero la calidad del producto es mala, se nota luego luego.

Gran silla!
1. No creo que sea para personas muy grandes, por que sólo mide 60cm de ancho con todo y brazos para que lo tomen en cuenta. 2.La postura es muy buena, mi espalda queda totalmente recta y es cómoda a pesar de usarla varias horas seguidas. 3. Los brazos están un poco más abajo de lo normal por lo que si buscas recargar los codos para trabajar al nivel de un escritorio puede que no te funcione tanto (a mi me queda Perfecto por que entra por completo debajo de la mesa y mis codos quedan sobre el escritorio). 4.Pesa 11 kg en la caja pero una vez armada es muy ligera. 5.Fue fácil de armar (la mayoría de las piezas vienen dentro del respaldo) 6.Creo que el terminado es bueno, se ve elegante y sobria. 7. Buena relación calidad/precio.
