Recommend following the sizing chart. Great tunic, but rather long in the arms!

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter. She normally wears a size 12, so I bought the XXL. I should have stuck with the sizing chart- she looks like she'll have to grow into it. The fabric is very soft and is a nice weight. My only real gripe with it is that the proportions seem off- the photos make it seem like it is a tunic (where the length goes a few inches past the bottom of the sleeves), but the sleeves on the item we received were pretty much even with the bottom hem. This isn't a huge issue- my daughter can roll the sleeves up so she can wear it over leggings then later as a blouse once her arms are long enough to fit in the sleeves. I am removing one star from an otherwise lovely, well-made shirt. Added plus- it's made from a renewable resource!

Vintage Soft. Quality Made. Soon to be "favorite"

Wow! What a beautifully made shirt. I'm more than pleasantly surprised. The fabric is so soft with that nice "broken in" vintage feeling. It feels like an expensive quality designer garment. When I held it up, it just has a little more weight in my hands than other blouses I have. It's a "quality" feeling and but not heavy to wear feeling. It feels like an all-season type of material and the style, too. **Read the chart provided. The chart is pretty accurate. For some unknown (not so smart) reason I didn't trust the chart or take any measurements. I ordered one size up and it's a little too big. I normally wear a womens small and I ordered the girls XX-Large. It's a little too big but my fault. It does NOT shrink in the wash because I tried, lol. It laundered beautifully and came out of the drier with some wrinkles, but I hung it up immediately while it was still warm because I hate to iron. It looks fine. You may find it will need minimal ironing, but that would be personal preference. Being a girls' top, the arms are a tiny bit short on an adult, but I expected that and I usually roll my cuffs anyways. However, the length is plenty long enough. I'm 5'6" and hits a little below mid hip with a straight casual fit. This shirt feels like it will last forever and quickly become a "favorite" It has the quality of an age old gap or LL bean, but made with more responsible materials and for a quarter of the price. Amazon did good sourcing this garment and I'm already shopping they're Amazon Aware Store for more. If you are purchasing for the kiddos or even a small adult, I would expect to get plenty of use from this top.

Surprisingly great find!

I’ve always loved the look of denim on kids, but not the stiff feeling, as I find it a bit too restrictive for busy bodies. This material on the other hand is fabulously soft! It has the look of vintage denim, but with a luxurious feel. The weight of the garment is heavier than you’d expect, but oh-so-soft and comfy. The fit is roomy, so there’s no need to size up here. My daughter is presently 40/41lbs and fits well into most 5/6 items. This as a size Small is quite roomy, but that just means more room for growth! The sleeves look great rolled/cuffed and the body length is perfect for leggings. I was initially on the fence with the Henley style, but frankly, the less buttons on a toddler top the better! I have no concerns about frequent wash & wear with this gorgeous fabric. Recommended to those looking for something a little different to add to their kiddo’s wardrobe that slightly vintage in vibe but in a fresh, fun fabric!

Soft, stretchy and well put together

I got this for my daughter and this turned out amazing. The quality is top notch and looks great on her. It is true to size with room to grow as it is made up of slightly stretchy fabric. My daughter loves it and said it feels very light and comfy. We own a lot of these kind of denim tunics and I would say this is probably one of the best. You can pair it with anything and it'll look great. Definitely recommend giving this a try!

Amazon Aware quality continues to impress - thick, soft and luscious

This is our fourth amazon aware shirt - boys/girls etc... and each time the thickness/softness and quality has stunned us. We went with the medium styling and it is super classy - fits exactly as expected and once cooler weather rolls around - we'll try it out weekly!

Love this denim shirt

Amazing amazing amazing! Where ever Amazon is getting their new clothes manufactured is where it is at! I have loved every single piece of Amazon clothing I’ve gotten recently because the quality is that of higher name brands, it’s really unbelievable for the price. It’s attainable, sustainable, comfortable and well made. This shirt/tunic is true to size and so adorable with leggings.

Really Impressed

Old-navy level quality of materials and design on this Amazon Aware product. This is the first time I have encountered this sub label and we are very impressed by how this item looks at first blanch and how it's constructed. A great deal on a nice denim overshirt. And if the label is for real seems to be a decent effort at being a bit more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Adorable tunic!!!

This tunic is absolutely adorable and my girls will look so cute in this paired with leggings. It’s very soft and 99% renewable wood source… which blows my mind! The sizing was very difficult to determine from the Amazon website. A small is a 6-7 and a medium is an 8. And they seem to be true to size, although I haven’t washed them yet. I just love the Amazon products though. They seem to be really well made and high quality every single time!
