doesn't match photo
The only part that doesnt match is the threading. You can see the threading goes all the way down the bolt but when the foot plate arrived it was only threaded half way down. Luckily, one of my minions pulled out his threader and finished the job and some of the plates were crooked and not set properly with the bolt. They still worked great but without the threading done by my pal, i would have not appreciated them as much.

As expected - would buy again.
This 4 pack I bought for less than some manufacturers sell these foot plates individually for. The quality is in line with competitors, and they fit my Nexel wire shelf just fine. Rack is now securely bolted to a workbench. 4/5 with rice.

Well-constructed, functional foot plate
I purchased these to anchor a shelving system constructed from NSF style wire rack shelving to a floor. The application was non-standard in that I was using it to anchor a two post shelf mount (rather than the typical four post system). The foot plate is sturdy and provides some flex and forgiveness while holding the shelving securely. I rated the plate 5 stars because it performs solidly within its intended purpose. I will note that on shelving systems there is a gap between the post and the base plate. This can (and should) be remedied by putting a bushing of some sort in the gap to reduce the flex. Overall the construction is solid; the plates are consistent in the manufacturing.

A ok item but not as depicted in the image online.
These feet are reasonably priced but the execution is terrible. First, all of the welded-on bolts are not perpendicular to a flat surface; some are on a slight diagonal orientation. In addition, the threads on the bolts, as others have mentioned, only are on the upper half of the bolt. The images on Amazon clearly show threads down to the base. Because of this poorly designed flaw, the posts with shelves will wobble. Like other individuals, I will either cut longer threads on the bolts or shim them with washers. In the future, I'll buy the feet offered by Metro.
