Ripped unexpectedly
Great tube but the Tube cover ripped and is unrepairable…have only used three times since purchase! Is there any type of replacement warranty on this item?

Customer Service is Amazing
I purchased an Airhead Mach 3 in December, 2021. I used it twice during the summer of 2022 and the stitching started ripping. In October, 2022 I sent pictures, sales receipts and other required information and within 7 days received a brand new replacement. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Thank you Airhead

Not to Bad
Overall the tube is well made. The bottom seems to slide every now and again. One of kids legs ended up getting stuck between the tube and the cover when the bottom portion moved. But seems to be made well. It replaced another tube that wore out. It was not as good as the other tube and cost more. The tube that wore out is not longer available.

great tube
Our family is a bunch of Texas river rats during the summer, we float as often as we can. My husband and I each have big chair looking towable tubes that are sturdy and expensive that has lasted us 9 years so far and have held up over rocks and such. We decided we needed something for our two young boys that would be sturdy. we decided on this one because it has a spot for both of them to sit side by side so they don't have to fight over a tube or one being too big or too small. we took this on a float trip to the state park early this month and it's awesome! even the adults could sit on each side with a kid in their laps and go down the little rapids. the only complaint is this sucker is HEAVY to pull around and carry/pick up when it gets some water in the bottom under the cover and seats. make sure when you get out of it you turn it over a dump it out before you try to move it.

For the price it should be better
I am very disappointed with the quality of this tube. After 2 uses on the lake every seam on the cushion seats have been busted. Are 1st time out with the tube the handle seam came apart. The tube has so much potential.. I like the fact that it does not flip easily. I googled top tubes and this was one of the selections. Super bummed this isn't going to last long.

This water toy is extremely fun for both young kids and adults
This water toy is extremely fun for both young kids and adults. It is stable enough for young kids to ride with an adult. We used it for one week on vacation and it never threw us off while riding behind a pontoon boat, stayed right in boat's wake. It was great fun though and a smooth ride over the bumps created by other boats. The bounces are cushioned by the inflatable pad under your rump. Nice handles and back rest, a big difference from "tubing". Very comfortable for 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child and it is nice to be able to talk with your fellow rider. If you are looking for a wild ride, would need a faster boat and possibly a longer tow rope. The price on Amazon is much better than many places that I looked, the only other place that had it for same price was Walmart.com. We also bought the Airhead hot dog for 3 and this toy was much preferred over the hotdog for comfort and stability. The hot dog is a bit more maneuverable, but also threw people off and can be hard to sit with your knees in the correct position for any length of time. The hot dog would not fit 3 adults well, maybe 3 kids or 2 adults.

So fun and comfy
Perfect for floating but it’s a little heavy. I was spending a small fortune on River runners, only for them to pop after about 3 trips. I needed something with canvas as this is an activity we do often. Enter the airhead. I love this thing! I have had the inner tube pop once, but that’s because I was using it as seating at the beach, near a fire.. I was asking for it lol. I was able to go on the site and buy a new tube for $76. Still cheaper than rebuying $50 tubes every weekend. If you have a boat, this thing would be a blast and quick connect will come in really handy as well.

Stitching falling apart after first use
This is a great tube for 2 people, but it is coming apart and does not hold the floor bladders anymore. It started coming apart after our first use and now after 2 months, I am looking for a replacement. I am disappointed in the durability and would not recommend this. Unless you are just going to look at it.

Water gets into it
Bought this as a replacement for another tube. Took it out once and didn't like it. The bladders slip out of the seat (the tube cover does not cover the entire tube) and water gets in the seat areas and fills with water. Becomes heavy in the water. Not a good design. Returned.

Les enfants adorent
Mes filles ne peuvent plus s’en passer! Elles pourraient faire du tube pendant des heures! La construction du tube est robuste et le gonflement se fait aisément. Excellent pour enfants et adultes. Mais pas fait pour 2 bonhommes de 200lbs chaque! Se tracte facilement, je suis surpris et je ne vois aucune différence entre ce tube 2 places et mon ancien 1 place. Le moteur ne voit pas la différence!

We've only used it once but it was great! The kids using it were 9 and 12, they seemed very safe even when it would go air born. Great grip handles, they never fell off once. I don't think this would be comfortable for big teenagers as the seats are quite deep so they'd have a hard time fitting.
