Brim size smaller than on previous hats

Best hat ever.

This is my second Tilley. They are perfect for the outdoors! Lite, fit and protect well. Very comfortable and look cool.????

Comfy Hat!

Make sure you have the correct measurements for your head size, and the hat will fit perfect. Very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Top vent helps keep the hat on in the wind! Probably the only negative is the string set up, and where to put the string once adjusted, plus no explanation in the instructions as to the string adjustment. I still give it a 5 star rating, it's a great hat!

I've worn Tilley hats for years, but not this style. This is the best style hands down and the only one I'll ever order.

Like factory second.

I have a few Tilley hats. Really like them, know their quality well. This one is not up to standard. The sewing on the band inside Is so tight the ripples show around the whole outside. The outside side seams run up to a bunch point on both sides, making points instead of a smooth transition to the top, as in the picture. Also barely mentionable but still noticeable, the size is slightly larger than usually perfect fit. Maybe Quality Control was on lunch break that day because their hats are usually really nice.

If you want to get ahead, get a hat

I've reached the age where I'm difficult to buy for at birthdays but my partner still stresses what to get me. So I splashed out on a Tilley, ok, bit of a brand thing but I'd wanted one in a while because they are easy to carry and pretty tough so can cope with the chaos that is my bag. Really pleased with the hat, exceeded expectations to be honest. It's very comfortable, I know, hats are not unusually uncomfortable but this one is so much nicer to wear than my old generic M&S sunhat. It doesn't blow off my head easily too, plus point when dog walking. Provides great shade, cooling and squishes into a bag only to come out completely wearable. I'm after getting a winter one now, have to sneak that one out of the account mind you.
