Designer sizing is really weird

I worked at a place that sold these years ago. They’re super nice, and the quality of the material is top notch. However, I remember that the sizing is “off base” like most high end designer jeans. But they seemed more off base than normal. I ordered the size my wife wears (28h plus a notch up (29) in case they ran small, but they still didn’t fit. She was really excited about them but honestly never wears them because they made her feel bad. Reorders another pair (31) and those fit like a 28 in lucky/mavi/Levi and she enjoys those immensely. Be advised that the sizing is bizarre and may either lead to a pair of jeans languishing in the closet or a situation where someone sees a bogus size on the tag of a pair that fits and feels bad about themselves in either case. These are pretty expensive to invest in only to be guaranteed you feel like crap when you put them on.

Arrived with a HUGE spot on the front of the leg

I could not wait to wear these! Bought a pair for my daughter a few months ago and wanted a pair for myself. They fit AMAZING! Loved them BUT a huge stain or spot on the front. I wanted to wash them to see if I could get the spot out but was afraid it wouldn't come out, so I returned them. For $200 they should be perfect! I chose not to order another pair. Was very disappointed and angry to tell you the truth. I just wonder if this was a prior return???? IDK I hope that is not the case.

The absolute PERFECT Jean!!

I have worn and I own every brand from BLANKNYC LEVI’S…to Hudson , True Religion, 7 For All Mankind ,Rag and Bone AND Citizens of Humanity ETC… ETC…. This brand, AG……… BY FAR in my opinion is VERY UNDER-RATED… I am well aware they are NOT cheap .. however I firmly believe in denim you GET what YOU PAY for. I haven’t ordered /purchased of pair of AG jeans that I didn’t like.. I’ve had to return because I didn’t want to pay for alterations .. depending on how much stretch /elastine that is in the Jean .. a size 23 can fit me best.. I personally do not like belts. However that is the only change I whisk ask AG to offer .. is more of their style jeans for us born very small framed figures, yet I am too “tall for petite size “ .. AG please .. please make MORE of your jeans in size 23. Order you won’t be disappointed! You will love. The perfect stretch without being too much so you could reware a second time before washing . Love , LOVE this brand SO much .

Hat alles gepasst.

Ich hatte die Jeans bestellt, obwohl keine Materialangabe in der Artikelbeschreibung zu finden war. Das Modell habe ich bereits in einer anderen Waschung, daher hatte ich es bei dem Preis riskiert. Für einen Artikel aus USA war die Lieferzeit erstaunlich schnell. Ca. 1 Woche. Material: 86% Baumwolle, 18% Modal, 12% Polyester und 4% Elasthan. Hätte ich zuvor gewusst, dass Modal enthalten ist, hätte ich vermutlich mit dem Kauf gezögert. Aber das Material ist dadurch sehr weich und durch den hohen Elasthan-Anteil total nachgiebig. Größe passt wie erwartet. Fazit: Wenn der Preis stimmt, bestelle ich bestimmt mal wieder etwas aus den USA.
