Purchased to quickly but kept anyway

Needed for husband's bathroom faucet . I was cleaning the aerator and thought I had broken it, so quickly ordered this one. I had not broke his and was able to re install on his faucet. When this one arrived the next day, I just decided to keep, Just In Case.

Genuine Delta replacement

Worked perfectly as a replacement

Used it to replace a leaky one that had a failed seal and was spraying everywhere. Screwed in easily and no more leak.

Especially good if you have a tankless water heater

The old flow restricter became clogged enough so that that the tankless water heater never turned on. An earlier reviewer complained that the unit he received was not up to the quality of a Delta product because the restricter unit fell out of its housing. At first I thought I had the same problem until I realized after looking at the old clogged restricter that the restricter insert needed to be turned upside down from the way it was packaged. I then just tried to see if exchanging the Delta restricter insert for the clogged one in the original housing would work which it amazingly did. So well in fact that the large increase in water volume has greatly shortened the time delay for hot water to travel the fairly long distance between this bathroom faucet and the tankless water heater.

Perfect fix!

My kitchen faucet had one of those color changing tips that no longer worked. It also sprayed you when you were using the water. Put this on there and it runs perfectly! No more wet shirts.

Small in size, humongous improvement in water pressure!!

Before my original broke, I’d never even heard of a faucet aerator, but the difference it makes in using your faucet is astronomical! With a broken aerator, everything close to your sink (including you) gets a soaking every time you turn on the water. I got a replacement at a local hardware store, but the only option that would fit my sink had a GPM of 1.2. That’s the equivalent of a trickle in water pressure - if you value decent water pressure, the 1.2 sucks!! This one is perfect, amazing water pressure. The pic makes it look like it’s a matte finish, which wouldn’t have matched my faucet (but I didn’t care), however in person it’s polished/shiny chrome. It’s also a great price, couldn’t find one anywhere else that even came close!

It now only takes about half the time to fill my kettle or pot with water.

It aerates well. There is now enough flow to quickly wash and rinse dishes instead of waiting, for what seems like all day with the old 1.5 GPM low-flow aerator, for the sink to fill.
