Worked great till I killed it.

This one worked great until I accidently set it on a block of ice in a tub that melted over night, hence submerging it for about 8 hours. Totally my fault though so I gave it a good rating because when it worked it worked well.

love this thing

I started a solar outdoor aquaponics setup. I went through 3 aerators before this one. One of them was solar, and actually died because it got rained on. The others stopped working due to the heat. This one has withstood the temperatures so far. I've run it in 50-110 degrees Fahrenheit so far. Even when the battery gets too low to run the pump, the aerator will still run, so I have a chance to fix the situation before the fish die. I'm going to pick up a second one for backup.

Running it on a 30w 12v solar panel

I'm really impressed with this air pump. I'm using it in a garden experiment trying to grow hydroponic cucumbers and I'm using this to aerate the water. It is being powered by a 12v 30w solar panel and as long as things aren't overcast this pump churns out the bubbles. Feels well made and the battery clamps made it easy to attach to my solar panel connections.

DOES A GREAT JOB W/AIR STONE!

We had to move fish & used this air pump with an air stone also bought on Amazon. Ive always had good luck with aquarium supplies of all types bought on this site. Just read carefully before buying since there are so many choices for fish supplies here. I've been very happy with our choices for our different purposes.

Great quality and Very quiet

This is great so far. It just depends on how long it lasts. It's so quiet I wasn't sure it was working until the bubbles came out. Hardly any vibration at all but has a very nice rubber mount attachment. Seems like real quality to me.

It's still working.

Bought it for $35 in 2018. Chassis looks solid and it's still working.

Works great.

This aerator is amazing. Runs easily off a 12 v battery for a long time. Keeps bait more than fresh. Just don’t let water get hot either. Can be used in a large container or two five gallon pails easily.

Better Than Expected

Excellent aerator for large volume aquariums. The stone designs to lay flat and produce relatively high amounts diffused oxygen. I use mine in a 140 gallon aquarium cold-water enironment with lots of adult trout & no issues with aeration whatsoever.
