better than expected

I've been wearing plain baseball caps for years as my go-to to do chores in, use for sun protection, and hide my hide hair on those bad hair days. But those caps always get dirty quickly and fade easily. The Sunday Afternoons Ultra Trail Cap is my new fav hat. It is made of 88% Nylon and12% Polyester so it won't fade and it sheds the dirt. It washes well and holds it shape. I was afraid it would be too large but it's adjustable and it fits just right on my small head. And I love the color and design. There is a spot to slide my sunglasses in and it has reflective trim. I can also pull my hair thru the back. Love it!

Gets It Done

Good sun cap. The dark underside really helps with glare during high sun hours. The brim is very flat and unmoldable, however, as it is designed to be packed or folded without losing its overall shape. Love the sunglasses holder feature—major bonus—but I have to position my glasses just right in order to secure them. The hat works! It’s cool and keeps my skin from burning. It is well made. So there you have it.

Nice hat, good sun protection and very foldable.

I like this hat and now own two of them. I like that its lightweight and can fold to fit into a pocket. The only negative, though an intrinsic one is that being so light, I'd probably not wear it on a windy day.
