Pretty

I bought 2 of these. They are great, sylish lamps. I just think they should cost a little less, for what they are. You may be better off buying a hanging bulb and finding a shade, for half rhe price.

Just what I needed, although I wish it did ...

Just what I needed, although I wish it did not have a white cord. I had to buy a cord cover (I chose a burlap kind) to cover it with and it went perfectly with the shade. Gives just the right amount of light for the space I needed the light for in a corner.

Was easy to install

Was easy to install. Wish it would have had a diffuser, but works well, and was glad that it took a 150watt bulb. Lightweight, so perfect for our situation. We ended up buying a remote control light switchplate for the wall, which is easier to use than the switch on the cord.

Returned damaged

Came damaged in shipping had to return. Color was nice but very basic no diffuser on bottom of shade.

Looks good, has some flaws, maybe a bit overpriced

Nice lamp once you get it in place properly. However it takes some effort to hang it proper and even. The clips on the cord it suggests you hang it with are pretty unusable, they work but it doesn't hang evenly. I had to put some staples in the ceiling to have it hang right. A little expensive for how simple the whole unit is, basically a shade with a cord. But once I got it right it does look nice and gets the job done.

does not come with the hardware - just a shade

this is only a shade. quite expensive for a shade I think. if you really want it you have to buy the hardware separately. ALSO, it isn't meant to be hardwired into the ceiling -- it has a long chord that needs to be plugged into a wall outlet. This wasn't what I was looking for so I returned it. Great!

This is great! Used it for a lamp over my dining table in an apartment where I couldn't install an actual light. I used a zip tie and a hook instead of what comes with it.
