Very loose. Definitely for very large hands.

I really wanted to like these but they're definitely on the larger side which I normally like because I have really big hands but these fit very big, at least they do if you want any kind of compression on your hands. For size reference, with Apple watch bands I wear a size 9 strap. When wearing sterile/surgical gloves I wear a size 8 glove. So for those of you who know about these things it will give you an idea of how big my hands are. This compression sleeve fits but with just the barest hint of compression. I usually have a problem with even large compression sleeves being overly tight but this one actually fits too loose, I wish it was just a little tighter...not a great deal because I don't want it cutting my circulation..but just a little more so as to feel a bit more support for my wrist that experiences alot of repetitive motion pain.

Not enough compression

My husband has been experiencing a lot of wrist pain. He spends a lot of time on the computer and thought a compression sleeve might help. The FILA Compression Wrist Sleeve he tried was a large. Maybe it was too large because it didn’t provide the compression he wanted. This might work for someone with a bigger hand, but it didn’t help his pain.

Extremely Small!

This glove is so small it would fit better on a young child’s hand. I couldn’t get it over my fingers let alone onto my hand. Nice material and well made but that’s were it ends.

Super thin but still useful

I have a tiny wrist and when I opened the package I was unsure it would fit, it looked so tiny. The fabric is quite thin yet stretchy and offers a comfortable sort of compression. I like to wear this as an alternative to my other wrist wrap which inhibits movement of my wrist. This wrap allows me to totally flex my wrist yet still get relief from what I am suspecting is carpel tunnel or arthritis.

really disappointing - flimsy, thin, and ill-fitting

Why do you want a compression sleeve? To experience a sense of compression on your muscles, tendons, and/or ligaments. Unfortunately, the material of this sleeve is so thin, so flimsy, that I feel almost nothing. I wanted to wear this for my workouts, for my long typing sessions on my laptop. This does not work. Add insult, the medium size barely gets over my hand. Once it does it fits my wrists. Thus, we have a design problem. I cannot recommend this product.

Thin but it does somewhat work

The first thing I noticed about this was how thin it is. I didn't think it could offer much support. Currently I've been using a thick Velcro wrist brace I got off Amazon with a tightening strap. It's been working great for years. I wanted to try this one because it covered more of my wrist. While it provides less support at the junction where my hand meets my arm, aka wrist, it does provide more support for the bottom part of my hand which I can especially feel as I type. So this sleve does provide me some support in areas where my wrist strap did not and I'm even wearing the sleeve as I type this. Sizewise, it fit my hand perfectly but everyone's hands vary haha

Glad I got it

My husband uses it for work, it provides him support and he feels more comfortable doing his job with this sleeve, he alternates between this Fila sleeve and the one his doctor gave him.
