Product is only hand exerciser
It looks like you would get the hand exerciser (dynaflex gyro ball) and the finger exerciser based on the images. But I did not receive the finger exerciser, only the gyro ball.

Great product!
So I felt I should write a review of this product as there were many bad reviews and many good reviews and if you're on the fence I hope my review helps you make an educated decision. First and foremost the product did exactly what I needed it to do almost immediately and that was to relieve the pain I'm having from tennis elbow. I only gave a 3 stars because I was not shipped the item that was in the picture nor was I notified of the change. It is a dynaflex but it says plb on the gyro ball. Also I will say I couldnt get it started at first but I was teting too hard I suggest you watch a video like I did and it is very simple to use. My pain was offset the first day and every day after it's been getting and feeling better. I def recommend this product for $20 which is a co pay for medical dr office visit for me it was money well spent. As for how long it will hold up to be determined, but if you use it like they say, it should last a long time. Quality is very good.

VERY SIMPLE AND AFFECTIVE!!!
First of all, id just like to say that anyone who gives this product a bad review is a stunad and clearly impatient and can't read SIMPLE directions. (Any brand or version of this mechanism would undoubtedly work great btw since theyre all made the same. I just chose the cheapest I could find) When mine arrived, I had no problem whatsoever starting it up. It's a very simple concept a child can understand. It amazes me that people cant get it to work. Basically it works in the same way the world rotates daily. I have bad wrists (along with fingers)and I play guitar like a lot of people that buy this product, and it is HIGHLY affective in working those muscles. You will notice change immediately in your muscle response. This along with the finger exerciser has definitely helped a WHOLE LOT in my strum/finger placement coordination. (My hands are really bad) my movement is very limited and this has helped me gain some agility back. The only thing you might wanna consider is which version of this product you buy (as I have gotten my rip cord stuck numerous times). Just don't spend double the money on the base! It is completely unnecessary! The pull back (or wind up) one would probably be good for people that have the same problem as I. One of the plastic ends of my rip cord has already ripped off! Just don't be so rough on it though and you shouldn't have this problem.

For Physical Therapy.
Scaphoid repair, and PT said something like this would help. I went "ham" the first night thinking it was too easy... while using it was shopping for heavier ones... almost 8 hours strait switching from hand to hand, trying to maintain the RPM... I damaged some tendons... 3 weeks later almost about to start using it again, in moderation. Just like drugs, start low and slow....

Surprisingly effective
I was recommended one of these by my chiropractor to cure the tendinitis in my left wrist. As it’s pretty cheap, I bought it. It actually works for that and gives you a decent arm workout too. Getting it started and learning how to get it spinning is a little tricky, use the cord to begin with. I still can’t start it using my other hand, so I just whip it across the kitchen counter to get the gyro floating. Go on YouTube for videos of these things in use and for instructions.

Good for forearm exercise.
I bought this as a replacement for one that I lost long ago. I rode a motorcycle and a bicycle and this helps me keep my forearm from getting too lazy in the winter time.

Fun product. Had a friend introduce this to me at work freak me the heck out.but I looked into it.
Honestly like this thing. Really is something to take edge off when you got alot on the mind and I feel more blood flow to my hands and stillness . Always had cold and shaky hands and it's like 100+ degrees outside. Easy to used and have a faster reaction moving my fingers easier to write clearer then before as well as putting a line through a small hook. Tbh I like to fish so I'm on the lazier side. Writing not my thing but filling stuff out at work is easier task. I also been letting family and friends use it with arthritis and seems to help. But I would have to give mine away for results ???? hope it can someone that needs it for physical therapy will keep updated if I have more results with friends and fam

Practically perfect, if you can master stringless starts
Prepare to have your wrist wriggled out of your arm. This really works for strengthening muscles, and everyone in my family was pleasantly surprised by how well it works once it gets going. Only downside we've had is that the string, if pulled just wrong, will get badly tangled in the mechanisms, and its only by miracles that we've gotten it untangled. Will work on perfecting stringless starts when possible, since some family members keep goofing with the string starts. Not sure if I should classify that as a problem with the gizmo though, since I can't thin of anything they could do to prevent that possibility. You just have to be careful when starting it.

Divertidísimo juguetito
Una vez que logras hacerlo andar es mágico, puedo pasar horas haciéndolo girar a bajas velocidades, y realmente opone resistencia cuando lo acelero. Pero lo más importante es que es divertidísimo.

Buen ejercicio
En el brazo izquierdo noto cierto avance ya que son derecho, y falta mucho para llegar a generar la misma velocidad en ambos brazos. La estrella faltante es porque empiezo a tener problemas con la cuerda, hay que vigilar el angulo en que se le da el estirón ya que me ha pasado dos o tres veces que se sale del carril y se atora en uno de los ejes, y aunque no es imposible "desatorarlo" si es un poco tardado, no se si sea algo que suceda comúnmente.
