Differs in material between sizes of same style. See below. Love the style and size petite.
I am 5'3" and medium build and generally wear a size 10 petite. The size 10 fit a little large in the bust-waist area so I ordered the size 8 petite for comparison. The size 8 fit better but was not the same quality fabric in the underlayer and did not hang correctly. The size 10 had a silky underlayer and the size 8 had a jersey layer in the same style dress. Both were made in India. The style, quality and navy color of size 10 petite that I ordered was a perfect for me for a summer mother of the groom dress. I ended up keeping the size 10 petite dress and having it altered but that was expensive due to all the hand sewing with the beaded top. I gave it 4 stars for the great style and quality but rated lower due to inconsistency.

Pretty Dress after it had "work done"
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this dress for my son's wedding. I am short, 5'1" tall and plump (150 pounds), most of it is below my waist, so the dress was flattering on me. I wanted to bring the dress up to tea length, and my seamstress was able to make a shawl/wrap out of the fabric she took, so it really worked out well. My problem with the dress is the extra cost I incurred from her having to secure many, many of the beads, which were loosely attached. There were manyloose threads in the beadwork - I apologize I did not take a picture of these - but it resulted in about $40 of extra work needing to be done by her to get it in good enough shape so I wouldn't be trailing beads as I walked down the aisle. You may wonder why I didn't just send it back, well the reason was that I loved the color and the cut on me, and I was willing the pay the extra $ to have it repaired. And I did love how it turned out in the end. Only other side note is that the fabric is extremely fragile and pulls very easily. I was not hard on this dress the day I wore it, but you can see from the video there are several pulls in the fabric, which pretty much renders it unwearable for a second occasion and not resellable. But if you don't mind forking out some extra $ on top of the sales price, it's a beautiful dress.

Perfect for the wedding
I loved the dress. Found a shrug in the same color to go with it. I did have to take it to the dry cleaners to get the wrinkles out of it after it was delivered, I couldn’t get them out. I bought a 16 Petite, and I did have to wear 3 in heels with it.

wrong size shipped to me
I am averaging a 3 for this dress. five for the fit and quality, but one for the logistics part because I was shipped a 10p when I ordered an 8p. The 8 would have fit better, but i didn't have time to reorder, so I'm stuck with a not cheap dress that doesn't fit like the one I ordered would have fit.

Perfect for my daughter’s wedding.
I wore this dress to my daughter’s wedding. It was a perfect fit. No hemming needed. The beading on the top was just right. Not too much bling. The fabric was light, but still enough weight to lay nicely. Just a little steaming was needed.

Love this dress!
I needed a dress in a hurry for a wedding reception and I am also losing weight, so I had to take a guess on my size. This dress was perfect for me. I am grateful for the comments of other buyers regarding the fit and quality of this dress. I got lots of compliments and I was quite comfortable as well. I will be shortening it for less formal occasions in my future.

I really like this dress. I'm not a big dress wearer but I wanted a fancy dress for a special occasion and this is just perfect. It's longer than I thought it would be (I'm 5'5") but it will work.

I ordered this to fit my bust. Good thing I did since it is pullover dress. It will need a little tuck in the waist section to make it fit my shape better. But that can easily be done with a hand sewn stitch inside of the dress...or a rhinestone/ribbon belt. I am glad I picked up a petite size, I do not have to get it hemmed at all which can be costly. I bought this dress for my son's wedding and am thrilled with it!

Love this dress. Bought size 10 petite and it fits perfectly. The navy blue color is lovely. No alterations needed for dress and length perfect for me. WIll be my mother of the bride dress. Happy with purchase as it is even nicer than pictures. Fast shipping.
