count your hooks!

IT SAID 100 HOOKS ! I GOT 81. THATS 20% SHORT. DOES ANYYONE WHO BUYS EAGLE CLAW HOOKS EVER COUNT THEM. Is this intentional? Has it happened to others and i haven't heard about it. This sure makes the cost of Eagle Claw hooks go up.

Missing Hooks

Only recieved 82 hooks in the pack. Hooks seem great but did not recieve 100 that was advertised on Amazon as well as the box they came in.

Aberdeen hooks are light wire, just be aware

If you're new to jig making its work nothing that not all 1/0 hooks are the same. Aberdeen, vs Siwash, vs O'Shaughnessy, are all different wire gauges, with Aberdeen being the lightest. For me, Aberdeen are almost perfect. The lighter wire allows my to get my jigs free of rocks a little easier than the other two, since the hooks will flex out more and often free itself up. This results in bent hooks (which I can bend back), but far few jigs (and lead and plastic) lost at the bottom of the river. These hooks have served me well, even at their inflated price.

Certaines choses ne se traduise tout simplement pas...

Enfin je vais pouvoir commencer à fabriquer mes propres tête de jigs. J'avais beau chercher régulièrement, je trouvais jamais les hameçons. Disons que je chercherais encore si elle ne m'avait pas été suggéré. Eagle Claw hooks... Devient... Aigle Griffes crochets. En français!!!
