Great absorbency.
The work great in my disabled persons tabbed briefs, they seem to be comfortable and not bother her, they pretty much stay put, although it would be nice to have a sticky strip on the bottom side, but it is not completely necessary. Just make sir you tuck them in at the legs, if it's sticking out a tiny bit, they leak.

Great boost for any disposable
I use these mostly with Abena M4s, usually on long work days where I may not have a chance to change. They also work well with other diapers, including Total Dry and NorthShore. The one thing they're missing is an adhesive strip to keep them in place while taping up the diaper, but it's on and the tapes are secure the booster won't go anywhere.

Great for Overnight
My mother is 85 and has urinary incontinence in addition to permanent leg contracture. Diapers can’t be applied conventionally, rather she sits on these. She’s got her mind intact and says these are a comfortable addition to a diaper (or two diapers overlapped with the pad applied) for overnight. A washable underpad and a disposable underpad on top of that are utilized. We have not had any issues with saturation. Occasionally the disposable underpad gets spotted but not routinely. These are rather pricey but they do the job better than most similar booster pad products that we have tried.

A lifesaver as a booster pad
My mom became VERY incontinent due to spinal stenosis that caused nerve damage impacting her bladder signals. Initially, I discovered she was using period pads and having multiple "wardrobe changes" every day to to leaking. So we moved to actual bladder pads...that wasn't enough. The regular OTC Depends that look like women's underwear didn't cut it. I went online to seek more heavy duty options. Found some overnight briefs (pull ups) and that was moving us in the right direction, but still, she had bad breakthrough leaks. I remembered something I had used with my son when he was little and a heavy nighttime wetter...they were called "diaper doublers" and looked like a long old-fashioned sanitary pad (sans any adhesive). Then the hunt to find them for adults...and I did. She would like up three of these inside her overnight pull-up to get the coverage she needed (night and day). She did say that with that many, she sometimes had a sore crotch or felt like she was riding a pony. But...almost no more wardrobe changes...although she did have to be awakened for a change in the night to avoid wet everything. I don't know what people usually do when incontinence gets to this level. I was hard. But with these booster pads (which like I said, don't have any adhesive so they are simply added absorbancy inside a brief), it saved us money. The booster pads are less expensive than the briefs. And often, during the day, she could just pull out and change the pads that were wet and not have to change the brief. That many brief changes in a day (which requires removal of pants...or a wardrobe change...on someone with a leg brace and always shoes that would also have to come off), was a time saver as well. If you have any questions or I wasn't clear, let me know.

Great booster for bedwetters.
Great absorbency. As a belly and side sleeper I needed extra absorbency to prevent leaks. This fits the bill! Fits in the diaper and is comfortable to add. Can’t really tell it’s there. Does add a bit of bulk so be cautious.

Very wide.
These are great but made for a larger person in my opinion. No adhesive to keep in place and too wide for me between legs so uncomfortable because I layer pads for overnight. Very absorbing and long which is great but would like them as long but narrower between legs for me. Price is great and would buy again if made narrower in between legs, like hour glass shape.

No adhesive
There is no adhesive on the back, so you have to be very careful to position the pad correctly so it does not bunch up or slip out of place. The description says sizes normal to extra large, but I couldn't find any choice of sizes and this package didn't say what size it was. It must have been extra large because it was so long it went from the waistline in the front to the waistline in the back and was quite wide. It was very absorbent because there was so much surface area, but a smaller size would have been more comfortable.

You need these, you just don't know it yet.
Simply put, without being too graphic, adult diaps have their limitations. And different levels of incontinence are handled differently by different individuals. Please not to be too graphic, but if you are a "trickler", you wont have many problems. If you have any measure of control left at all, you will to some degree unconsciously attempt to hold, then lose control of that hold. Thats where a significant volume released in a short period can overwhealm the seals of even a very absorbant Diap. Enter, the Abena Abri-Let Maxi Stuffer. I will keep it simple now. Unlike department store stuffers, these stuffers are long and wide, and designed, depending on your body shape, to cover all the way from front top, all the way around to the back if not to the back top if you are small. That right there is a big bonus. These are simply designed to wick and absorb at the same time. The number one complaint people have is that they need to chance because the "front" is full, and the padding in the back is unused, totally dry, and wasted. These stuffers absorb and wick fluid evenly thru the padding of the entire diaper. Yes. A pack of these costs as much as a pack of diaps. But do the math. You get 40 of these in a pack, and 12 or 16 diaps in a pack. One pack of these will reinforce several packs of diaps. And using one of these will, and I'm not making this up, double the duration of time before you need to chance, as well as increase the volume able to be absorbed. You'll go through half the diapers, for the price of one extra pack. This is one instance where by spending money, you will literally save money. Oh, and be more comfortable too.

Excellent booster for adult nappies
No one wants to have to wear an adult nappy but these boost capacity and turn a "super" into a "maxi".

Good quality
My mum used to buy a more expensive version of this. These are as good.

Better use elsewhere
I recently wrote a review to say how useless these pads are.I still stick by that view if used as pads for urinary incontinence, however rather than throw them in the bin I found better use for them. As I said useles as incontinence pads but brilliant at taking odour out of sweaty trainers. Lined my son's trainers with these pads instead and they work a treat! Absorbs moisture in trainers , smelly odours gone. Maybe the company needs to rebrand them. I've updated my stats from 1 as a result of this!
