It cleans well and has a nice mild scent
Ive seen multiple reviews on how the bottle came taped and with cardboard around the lid and was leaking, i did not have this experience. It was taped and had cardboard but I had no issues with leaking. I like the way it is concentrated and a little goes a long way. The magnolia and lily fragrance is mild it is very subtle on your clothes when they get out of the dryer. If you are looking for a detergent that does not have 1,4 Dioxane or Formaldehyde this is a very great option. I like to choose safe detergents that also have a safe scent standard.

My holy grail laundry detergent.
I love ECOS detergent. Recommended to me by a tailor, who insists that it is great for wool and helping clothes keep their color/shape. I have to say, it really does keep black garments a true black. I haven't bought another brand since. It cleans just as well (maybe better?) than Tide Free & Gentle, which is what I used to use. It really gets funky smells out of my microfiber gym clothes, where Tide wasn't cutting it. I especially love the smell of the Magnolia & Lily ECOS. It's not heavily perfumed, so you can only smell it when you really put your nose on the fabric and sniff. The lavender is also lovely. I have yet to try the Lemongrass. If fragrance is not your thing, there is a free & clear version. Someone said this didn't work for an HE washer - well, it works great in mine. I haven't really paid attention to how it gets stains out since most of my clothing is black. Normally, I'd just use a stain remover (grandma's or shout), toss it in, and it comes out stain free. However, I did stain one of my white shirts with strawberries over the weekend, and I will do a test with just the ECOS and update with befor/after pictures when I do my laundry.

Great for allergies and eczema and babies sensitive skin.
Love this brand great for people with very sensitive skin and eczema. Nothing artificial to give a rash. Great for cobalt allergies and those with allergies to perfumes and dyes. You can wash well with this and if you leave clothes in dryer over night they don't stink. Before using this product. Pour 1 gallon of white Vinegar in washer run empty on hot cycle on full to clean all old detergent and dirt out of machine then use. You will see a difference. Pour directly on stains and rub in as a stain lifter and if allergic to bleach white Vinegar in wash does very well.

The best natural detergent I’ve tried
I’ve tried tons of the “natural” detergents even the one that has “Generation” in the name but this one is my favorite. I am very sensitive to scents and most detergents make me break out. This one does not. And it cleanly rinses out of my clothes and towels. The scent it leaves on your clothes is HEAVENLY and not even slightly overbearing.

GIVES YOU 5 STAR BEDDING!
*Ecos magnolia and Lily laundry detergent* This is one of my favorite laundry detergents! Smells wonderful (lasting scent), cleans better than most detergents and softens clothes. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because it does seem to fade black clothes much faster than other detergents (5 stars for whites/light clothes). Best use is for bedding (leaves blankets/sheets soft and smelling amazing) :)

All good except for small leak.
I've always loved this product. Came intact but cap had a slight leak/not sealec. Was packed in plastic wrapping so did not damage other products. Maybe a cupful of product lost but bottle is not cracked.

Effective Eco Friendly Detergent
This is an effective eco friendly detergent at a competitive price. It is fantastic with food, blood, and sweat stains. It's not as aromatic as other detergents, but I'll trade that for the safer ingredients.

Ethically responsible!
I used to work for an exotic animal sanctuary where animals have the stinkiest urine imaginable. We used this stuff to wash all of the animal's linens/toys. It really does get the smell out! However, it's not exactly a strong smelling detergent, so don't expect your clothes to smell like soap all day. They'll just smell normal. We also used it because there isn't palm oil. Palm oil harvesting is currently responsible for the loss of habitat for a bunch of wild animals, so a lot of animal places are looking for alternatives.

Shame about the preservatives
I really wanted to like this detergent but it unfortunately contains Phenoxyethanol (preservative) and Methylisothiazolinone (preservative). I know preservatives are needed for shelf life but these are definitely not skin/body-friendly..! I emailed Ecos about it and they ignored me.

Good performance and value for money
I'm very happy with the products ability to clean my laundry, even at low temperatures and with the smallest amount of detergent used. It doesn't leave fabrics very soft or fragrant (which I don't personally mind, but my children complain) Also, I question the manufacturers claim that 3ltrs will do 100 washes. I've been counting the number of loads I've done whilst keeping to the lowest mark on the measuring cap. To date, I have done 25 washes and am at least half way down the bottle. Bearing in mind the bottle flares out at the bottom It is still possible that their claim is true, but I will keep counting...

This is better value than the powder
I have previously bought from Holland & Barratt, but decided to look on line, this supplier was the cheapest & I had contacted them to compare prices between this & a powder & they responded back very quickly. This is better value than the powder, I like this because the clothes smell clean but a delicate smell, not over powering. I have sensitive skin & before using this I used to use non -bio powder, but I have found this to be good to my skin.

Brilliant!
Love the subtle scent (personally I can't stand the really strong smelling mainstream detergents full of perfumes - they give me a headache!), and how long the bottle lasts - you only need a small amount for each wash. I had the lavender version of it before this one and it lasted at least 6 months of 1-2 washes a week. It beats all the other eco friendly ones I've tried by a long shot.
